A pianist becomes
Part of what he knows
Timeless work
Practice shows
pixel of participation
Look and see
The dexterity
Of touches of fingers on ivory
Sound of artistry
Endless notes quotes the masters
Naught can compare
On artistry there
listen ~ brought to intoxication
Of life long quest
To do ones' best
Attest to finesse
See, hear
grandeur of classical
expertise.

Aahhh...the pianist who lives on in mind for flawless performances for me is Liberace, Maria...

I saved as a student to see his show in the 60s in Scotland and saw him at The Vegas Hilton 20 years later and the man was magic on the piano both times, as if the music came from deep within as part of himself
and I can so easily apply your words to his memory, Zy x

I was attributing to Van Cliburn, who won the Moscow competition, I really loved the Van Cliburn Tchaikovsky Piano Concerto 1. He played brilliantly at the age of 19. I am glad it brought memories back of Liberace for you. He was a great pianist also. Thanks for the applause and kind words.

Maria I'm always in awe of those who play a piano well and can understand that they can become part of the piece they play.
But I'm at a loss why the artist of the picture has conected it with a piano player...Tony (potleek)

I am into art that is different. I let the imagery take you to a different dimension. I hope you understand that I was thinking of Van Cliburn and using a different scene to catch the eye of the beholder. (smile)
Thanks for your read and response.
