Art Nouveau Alphonse Mucha

Shady lady
has to dance
Displays what's within
Moves sinfully
Life's boring grind
crazy theme
Serendipity's dance
winging it
Leave it at that
Like an alley cat
Doesn't care
What people think
She does what she must
Dancing to the beat
Of her heart.
Maria

Just a little naughty but nice, Maria, I enjoyed your interpretation, I do like the work (and life history) of Mucha,

wasn't it he who painted the four seasons and others as quadrupled images and the colors he uses...Zy x

Yes, Zy, he did a lot of art, I love his interpretation and color. What an artist. He inspired the prose, not a rhyming one, but I wrote down what came to me. I am glad you liked. Thanks for the applause.

Just looked him up, Maria, and yes, knew he was an artist, prints of his Les Saisons were

one of the first of the quadrupled composites and one of the best selling prints ever, love his work,

We actually had this in our first home in the 60s, Zy x

I love Mucha, he is European and is Hungarian I think. Love his romantic themes and lovely ladies who move supinely across the page. I would love one of his pieces. Never knew of him till later in life. Thanks for your feedbacks and kind response. Thank you Zy and Mikhail, you always make me smile.

Maria we should all be like that, why should we give a toss what other people think.

Thank you for your kind response. I always loved to follow my heart, even as a tot, I use to carry a screw driver to unscrew everything I could to find out what waited for me inside. Someone said I should have become an engineer, I had an inquiring mind. I would get punished, but I still continued to check things out, even now I am tempted to, but age has taken the edge away from me. :(
So glad you agree Tony, I think we think alike. <wink>
