It use to be like that In Yorkshire where I use to live. I have to say that the first snow has a magical quality, but when it outstayed its welcome.. well I use to get really sick of it. But your picture and words reminded me of when I was younger and couldn't wait to be the first person to walk in the virgin snow. It does look quite beautiful... stunning poem Vicki x the garden in my old house 4 years ago don't knock on deaths door.. just ring the bell and run like hell!!
