what are we to do

the world changes 

so quickly  that it 

is hard to keep up

our aging bodies

are hard pressed

to keep up with 

our racing minds

if seeking guidance

from our youthful 

friends and neighbors

their advice seems so 

condescending it hurts

seems to me that

our golden years

are nought but a 

bucket of rusty bolts...
