But I find a lot of people mistakenly get Senryu and Haiku mixed up, although they are they same in form they are very different in content.
But yes it is nice to read Haiku for a change...Tony (potleek)

Re:Autumn Haiku Date Posted:06-10-2018 01:21Copy HTML Clive introduced us to Haiku many years ago, Tony, along with many other formats (one I love writing is the Fabonacci...a real fun challenge).but the Haiku is more disciplined than the Senryu in as much as it 'should' be three lines of 5-7-5; which stand alone and are nature related. They are reputed to be very similar but this addi shows why I couldn't make head nor tail of the Senryu re syllable count or subject matter, thanks for reading, Tony, and your comment, Zy
